Meting with Bill Clary
Today we had a meting with our client, the director of Walton Arts & Ideas Series, Dr. Bill Clary for one of the last updates for our coming event!

Final Count Down!
Last week a few team members from Plan Next spent some
time placing posters around campus and throughout the Clarksville
community. Community businesses were
eager to place the posters on their windows and were happy to promote events at
Ozarks. Posters were placed on Fat
Dawgz, El Molcajete, Shipleys and many more.
This week is the last week before the concert and will
be spent focusing on promoting the concert.
The team will ask the local radio stations to play Moore’s music and
also ask that his CD be played in the cafeteria. Emails will be sent to campus community and
all University’s social media outlets will be updated.
